Two of our team were lucky enough to travel with Timberplay Ltd to see the Richter Spielgeräte factory in Frasdorf, Germany in early October. They're now back, with hundreds of photos and a new understanding of play! We'd like to thank everyone who was involved in making this trip highly informative and most of all - playful.

One of the favourite quotes from the trip was, 'good play is not the easy way', meaning, when we design play spaces, we should consider building in challenges and risks to provide the next stepping stone to allow children to develop. Thank you for providing us with the next stepping stone towards improving play spaces for all!
