BMD has worked with Berkeley Group and their architects since 2018 in the creation of this iconic place - to welcome, connect and energise the local community. The BMD team worked closely with Berkeley Homes and the wider consultant team to ensure that the historical context and heritage features of value are intricately woven into the design of the development - optimising their contribution to the character of this unique new place.
