Winning Design Now Planted At Houlton Community Garden
After the official opening of the Houlton Community Gardens in January, the residents were tasked with providing ideas and designs for the space.
The winning design was chosen online by the Houlton Community and on the 29th of April residents were invited to attend a garden planting day to implement the scheme.
Amber and Chloe from BMD, attended the official garden planting day to share planting tips and tricks with local residents, as well share advice on how to keep the garden maintained.
It was a brilliant community event and opportunity to connect with the residents of Houlton. Thank you to the Urban&Civic Community Team for inviting us along and being great hosts!
The winning design has now been successfully planted and BMD are looking forward to visiting in the coming months to see how the Community Gardens are establishing! 🌱
