#MentalHealthWeek Taking A Moment To Remind Us Of The Importance Of Nature

As Mental Health Week draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to remind us all how important getting out in nature can be in improving mental and physical health.

Taking a walk, spending some time playing sports or just sitting outside with friends within greener spaces can make a big difference to the way we feel. This is now evidenced in an increasing amount of research.

So, whether you go for a run, walk, surf, play sports or just sit in the garden, we'd like to encourage you to be outside and embrace nature!
